The initial individual consultation and therapy session is $205.00 (60 minutes); the initial couple’s consultation and therapy session are billed at $250.00 (90 minutes). Payments are accepted at the beginning of the session and receipts will be produced at the time of payment. Please bring payment to your first session, and to each session thereafter. We accept cash, Interac e-Transfer, and credit card payments.

Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) does not cover our fees. However, if you have extended health coverage through your employee benefits program to see a Registered Psychotherapist, and or a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist, you will have no trouble in claiming your benefits unless otherwise stipulated in your policy. It is your responsibility to confirm your coverage with your insurance company. Anyone self-employed should be able to claim fees as a deduction.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required for cancellation. Please note that if you do not cancel your appointment, we cannot utilise the time for another client. Hence, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.  If a client customarily pays by credit card, their account will be charged for no-shows or late cancellations and a receipt will be issued to them at their next appointment.

Online Payment Policy

Cash, Interac e-Transfer and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. When you schedule an appointment online, a credit card number is required at the time of booking your first appointment. By using our online scheduling system, You consent to

  • Be charged for your scheduled session
  • Be charged for any missed appointment
  • Be charged for late cancellation of your appointment
  • YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND IF YOU CANCEL A SESSION THAT YOU HAVE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE. Such payment will, however, be applied to future sessions you book with us.
